Students who have been playing for 2+ years and are doing well in their music programs should be OK joining. The youngest students may have to be brave and rise to the challenge of music that is harder than they are used to. They are welcome if they are willing to try! (In fact students with one year of music experience who are doing exceptionally well in their music programs & are willing to be brave are welcome!)

Band directors and private teachers are encouraged to nominate students who are doing well in their programs and showing a strong interest in music.
